Understanding System Performance in Real Applications
How it's works
Air is drawn into the external canopy where primary grease filters capture larger particulates from the cooking process. The air then passes into the recirculation unit, moving through a multi-stage filtration system designed to progressively remove grease, fine particulates, odours and water vapour.
Within the unit, high-efficiency filters and odour control media treat the air before it reaches the fan section. Once fully filtered, the cleaned air is discharged back into the kitchen environment via the base grille, eliminating the need for external ductwork.
The system is engineered to maintain consistent airflow and filtration performance, ensuring effective air cleaning while operating within planning and environmental requirements for commercial kitchen applications.

Application
Designed for commercial kitchens where there is no viable route to atmosphere.
Commonly specified for basement, city centre and enclosed sites with planning restrictions.
Suitable for electric cooking applications requiring effective grease, vapour and odour control.
Ideal for both new installations and retrofit projects where external duct discharge is not possible.
