The Cascade Advantage

Franke Cascade baffle Filters capture more grease than standard filters, reduce grease damage to fans and roof, have lower static pressure than other comparable filters and have little impact on existing fans and canopy performance.

Unlike other high efficiency filters on the market, the Franke Cascade Filter combines a higher rate of grease extraction with lower static pressure. Lower static means less effect on the exhaust fans. Cascade filters are designed to replace most standard size baffle filters meaning no modification to the exhaust hood. Simply remove the old filters and replace with the new.
